BobCAD CAM V25 does offer 4 axis machining and you have 2 levels to choose from (standard and Pro ) 4 Axis Standard offers indexing wrapping and rotary tools paths. This video is a sample 4 axis wrapping job, showing the step to setup and program a J slot from an imported Solid. If your machine doesn't have "Y" and you want programming on YZ Plan, remember only in center. Normally just drill holes align to center, or mill slot from outside to inside.
